Flying Beast, also known as Gaurav Taneja grabbed a whole lot of attention lately with his personal life. The once-loved YouTuber had to face the brunt of social media as soon as speculation about some issues in his marital life with his wife, Ritu Rathee, made rounds. For the unversed, Gaurav and Ritu got married in 2016, and they are parents to two daughters, Kaira (Rasbhari) and Chaitravi (Pihu). Well, since last month, reports about their separation were dominating the headlines.

Gaurav Taneja recently dismissed the buzz by dropping a mushy photo with his wifey, with a caption wherein he clearly stated that they faced tough times in their marital life, and it all sorted out now. Well, a few of the netizens were there who mocked the entire buzz, and stated that all of it was a part of a publicity stunt. Well, Gaurav didn’t sit quiet and gave it back to those who mocked him and Ritu.

On October 18, 2024, Gaurav posted a photo with Ritu, wherein they both could be seen posing mushily with one another while flaunting a pleasing smile. Well, in the caption, Gaurav penned that even our parents never shared their personal life issues, with us (their children/immediate family), and as a lesson from parents, he and Ritu too didn’t want to share their personal life issues publically.
As soon as the post made rounds on social media, netizens rushed to the comment section and shared their opinions. While some of the users wished the couple well, a few of them mocked the duo and called it a mere PR stunt. Taking a dig at Gaurav’s caption, one user claimed that parents don’t share their problems, which is fine, but their lives aren’t out there on social media, just like the YouTuber and his wife. His comment reads, “My Family members then also don’t post themselves on social media.” Hitting back at the netizen, Gaurav replied:
“Bhai mana tere parents vlogger nahi the, na us samay social media tha, but shadi ki vdo to banwayi hogi na unhone ne… sabko dikhane ke liye…”
Although Gaurav didn’t talk about the reunion in his current post with Ritu, he has been positively responding to the congratulatory messages from their well-wishers and thanking god as well. On the other hand, some users also claimed that the Taneja family made all fools, and the buzz was created just to be in the limelight. Well, Gaurav replied to such a user and called him ‘insensible’ indirectly. The last line of his caption on his and Ritu’s post was, “Every sensible person would understand this.” And replying to the mockery, he wrote:
“Bro last line aap jaiso ke liye hi tha..”
When Gaurav Taneja broke silence on the divorce buzz
The speculations about Gaurav and Ritu’s split began soon after a video of the latter from a famous spiritual guru went viral, wherein she could be seen breaking down in tears while sharing her concerns about her daughters and betrayal from her spouse. Well, it left all wondering if there’s infidelity on Gaurav’s part. The YouTuber later shared a post, clearly stating that he wouldn’t speak on this matter publically for the sake of his children and their mother. As he didn’t mention Ritu as a wife, it only ended up igniting the split buzz.
