Diljit Dosanjh kickstarted his India leg of Dil-Luminati tour in a grand way on Saturday in Delhi. The Amar Singh Chamkila actor performed in front of a packed auditorium at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Saturday, October 26. Diljit set the tone of the concert as he waved the Tricolour in pride. Fan pages dedicated to the actor shared moments from the concert on X handles. In one video, Diljit can be heard saying, “Ye mera desh, mera ghar hai (This is my country, this is my home)!” The concert didn’t start at the scheduled time, leaving fans restless. Diljit made up for the delay as soon as he took the centre stage. Take a look:

Diljit also shared glimpses from the concert on his Instagram handle. Fans can be seen cheering on as he captivates their attention with his soulful renditions. Sharing the tri-colour moment on his Instagram handle, Diljit wrote, “Shut Down Shut Down Kara Ta Fer Delhi Waleya Ne. Kal Milde an Same Time Same Stadium. DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24.” Take a look:
In another post, the singer shared glimpses of fans’ reactions. The caption accompanying the pictures read, “History. Dosanjhanwala Naam DELHI Utey Likheya Khaasa Zor Lagg Ju Mitaun wastey. DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24. Milde an Same Time Same Stadium. Day 2.” Take a look:
Ahead of his concert in the capital, Diljit visited the Bangla Sahib Gurudwara to seek blessings. In an Instagram video shared by Team Dosanjh, the singer is seen wearing an all-denim ensemble with a red turban. The video captures him entering the gurdwara. Diljit is seen bowing and praying with his folded hands. The caption of the post simply read, “BANGLA SAHIB.” They added Diljit’s song Aar Nanak Paar Nanak as the background song in the post.
Diljit Dosanjh will perform at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on October 27 as well. This will be followed by a show in Jaipur on November 2, Hyderabad on November 15, Ahmedabad on November 17 and Lucknow on November 22, among others, before concluding in Guwahati on December 29.
