In a recent interview with Hauterrfly, Nayanthara revealed the real game changer that helps her to look different every time. The actress said that she loves to do her brows, and she takes the perfect time to do it. Nayanthara mentioned that her brow game helps her to look different, and that is why people think that her face keeps changing over time, and it gives people the idea that she has done something to her face. In Nayanthara’s words:
“I take the time to perfect it because it’s the real game changer. I’ve had different brow phases over the years. Maybe that’s why people think my face is changing and I keep looking different. Maybe that’s why a lot of people think I’ve done something to my face.”
Nayanthara takes a dig at the trollers who targeted her for getting face surgery done
Going forward in the interview, Nayanthara shared that the buzz about her getting the plastic surgery done is not at all true. The actress shared that diet has changed a lot of her looks as well. She then went on to ask people to pinch her face to check if there was any plastic. Nayanthara can be quoted as saying:
“But that’s not true. On record…not true. Not that it’s wrong. But for me, it has just been diet, so there’s been a lot of weight fluctuation and my cheeks go in and out. You can pinch me, burn me, you’ll know there’s no plastic in here.”
When Nayanthara was trolled for her changed looks
Earlier, several before and after collages of Nayanthara’s looks made rounds on the discussion platform, Reddit. In the photos, the actress looked totally different. Well, a certain section of netizens praised the actress for her hard work and grooming, as she looked totally different in both of the photos from her early days and her current self. Other netizens slammed the actress for getting so much face surgery done.

Nayanthara loves tattoos so much, and she has inked several body parts with different kinds of tattoos. Moreover, one of her tattoos brought her under the limelight, which was linked to her ex-beau, Prabhudeva. For the unversed, reports were rife that Prabhudeva and Nayanthara were linked to one another when the former was already married with three kids. She was seen flaunting her ‘P’ tattoo on her arms, which later landed her in trouble. After the duo broke up, the actress modified her tattoo.
