Ed Sheeran announces Mathematics tour in India in 2025 across six cities including Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad

For Ed Sheeran, the club may not be the best place, but India certainly seems to be. Following his 2024 Mumbai concert, the English singer-songwriter is back with his + – = ÷ x Tour to India in 2025, spanning shows in Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Shillong and Delhi NCR

The six-city India tour kicks off with a concert in Pune on January 30 at Yash Lawns followed by the concert in Hyderabad on February 2 at Ramoji Film City. On February 5, Sheeran heads to Chennai to perform at the YMCA grounds and then at Bengaluru on February 8 at NICE grounds. Concerts in Shillong on February 12 at JN Stadium and in Delhi NCR on February 15 at the Leisure Valley Ground are also scheduled. The tour in India is promoted by AEG Presents Asia and BookMyShow Live, the live entertainment experiential division of BookMyShow.

India has been a favoured destination for the four-time Grammy award winning artiste. His 2024 Mumbai show in March was his third concert in the country following concerts in 2015 and 2017. In Mumbai this year, he treated the crowds to a range of his love ballads and faster numbers including ‘Shape of you’, ‘Thinking out loud’, ‘Galway girl’ and ‘Perfect’, and also brought Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh onstage for a surprise collaboration. 

As part of the Mathematics tour, Sheeran will also be performing in Bhutan and West Asia apart from his concerts in India from January to May 2025. Since its launch in Dublin in 2022, the singer has performed over 134 concerts. 

Tickets go on sale for HSBC credit and debit card holders on December 9 at noon, and general tickets go on sale from December 11 at 4pm on BookMyShow and www.edsheeran.com.
