Jay-Z & Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused Of Raping A Minor In Explosive 2000 Allegations
Rapper Jay-Z has been named in a lawsuit alleging the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl over two decades ago. The suit, filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee under New York’s Gender-Motivated Violence Act, accuses both Jay-Z and music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging and assaulting the accuser at a celebrity-filled party following an MTV VMAs afterparty invitation. The refiled lawsuit claims that Jay-Z’s lawyer received a mediation letter from the plaintiff’s counsel before the case was made public. The accuser, seeking unspecified damages, alleges she was attacked after being drugged at the event. Jay-Z has vehemently denied the allegations, calling them “blackmail” and “fraudulent.” In a statement, he said, “You have made a terrible error in judgment thinking that all ‘celebrities’ are the same.”
