Pop sensation Selena Gomez is engaged to her boyfriend, record producer Benny Blanco. The singer shared the news on Instagram Thursday, posting photos of herself flashing an engagement ring. One picture captured Gomez admiring the ring during what appeared to be a romantic picnic, while another showed the couple cuddling affectionately.

Gomez, 31, and Blanco, 36, have been dating since June 2023. Their relationship blossomed after years of friendship and professional collaboration, including their 2019 single I Can’t Get Enough with Tainy and J Balvin. In December 2023, Gomez confirmed their romance publicly, calling Blanco her “absolute everything.” The couple made their red carpet debut at the 2024 Emmys awards.

In past interviews, Blanco hinted at his desire to start a family, saying on The Howard Stern Show, “That’s my next goal, to check the box.” He also expressed his amazement at being with Gomez, joking on the Today Show, “I wake up every day and look in the mirror like, ‘How did this happen?’”
