Police in Buenos Aires have once again revisited the hotel room where Liam Payne tragically passed away on October 16, as part of their ongoing investigation. The focus of their search was to locate Payne’s missing £30,000 designer Rolex, which he was reportedly wearing hours before his death, as seen in hotel CCTV footage. The third-floor room, which has been sealed since the incident, was re-inspected by authorities in an effort to recover the missing watch. Despite their efforts, the watch was not found on Payne’s body when he was discovered, prompting suspicions of theft. Last week, police raided the homes of three men in connection with the case but found no trace of the missing Rolex. Additionally, two female escorts, who were with Payne the night of his death, were questioned, but the watch was not recovered from them either. The investigation has involved reviewing 800 hours of security footage and interviewing 20 witnesses. So far, three individuals, including a hotel worker and a suspected drug dealer, have been charged in connection with Payne’s death.
