Baba Siddique’s assassination by the gangster Lawrence Bishnoi raised a concern for people’s safety. The gang not only took responsibility for the same, but they also openly threatened Salman Khan, who had close ties with Baba Siddique. Now, Baba Siddique’s son, Zeeshan Siddique, who is also into politics, shared the first note and pleaded not to politicise his father’s death.

Losing a parent is never easy, but it leaves a deep scar when they are brutally killed. Zeeshan Siddique and his family have been going through the most difficult time as his father, Baba Siddique, was killed by three sharpshooters on the occasion of Dussehra when fireworks were ongoing.
On October 17, 2024, Zeeshan Siddique penned a note on his social media handle, X, and wrote how his father was protecting and saving the lives of innocent people. He added that his family is broken. Zeeshan further appealed to people not to politicise his father’s death. He demanded justice, and wrote:
“My father lost his life protecting and saving the lives and homes of poor innocent people. Today, my family is broken but his death must not be politicised and definitely not go in vain. I NEED JUSTICE, MY FAMILY NEEDS JUSTICE!.”
Baba Siddique’s son, Zeeshan, is a politician while his daughter, Arshia, is a doctor
Baba Siddique’s son, Zeeshan, is also a politician from the Indian National Congress and a serving member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. However, in February 2024, he was expelled from the Congress party, days after his father joined the ruling party NCP. On the other hand, Baba Siddique’s daughter, Arshia, is a doctor and an entrepreneur.
Baba Siddique was shot dead by three attackers in Mumbai
According to reports, Baba Siddique was shot dead near his son, Zeesha Siddique’s office in Bandra, Mumbai. There are also claims that six rounds of gunshots were fired at him, while two struck his chest and the other in his leg. It seems to be a pre-plan, as he was shot during the Dussehra celebrations as fireworks were going on. The report further stated that two attackers have been detained, but one is on the run. While the entire nation is in utter shock, the reason for this tragic incident is not yet known.

After Baba Siddique was brutally killed on October 12, 2024, Lawrence Bishoi Gang took responsibility for the same. Not only this, they openly threatened Salman Khan and stated that they didn’t wanted a war. They even gave a warning to people not to help Salman Khan or else they will also go through the same fate. An excerpt from the note by Lawrence Bishnoi gang could be read as:
“We have no personal enmity with anyone. However, anyone who helps Salman Khan or the Dawood gang should be prepared.”
