Shikhar Pahariya’s brother Veer Pahariya is all set to make his debut in the Republic Day release Sky Force alongside Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan. Ahead of the release, the actor met Mrs. Sundari Devayya, the wife of the legendary Mahavir Chakra recipient, Squadron Leader Ajjamada B. Devayya, and their daughters, Smitha and Preetha at their Bengaluru home. Veer’s character “Tabby” (Sky Force) is modelled after real-life Air Force officers.
Veer shared a bunch of pictures from his special meet on Instagram feed. Janhvi Kapoor, who is rumoured to be dating Veer’s brother Shikhar Pahariya, dropped a bunch of heart and teary-eyed emojis on the post.
In the carousel post, Veer is seen touching Sundari Devayya’s feet. He can be seen cutting a cake with the women of the house celebrating Ajjamada B. Devayya.
An excerpt from his post read, “For the past 3 and a half years, I have immersed myself in learning about the life and heroism of this extraordinary man while preparing for my role as “Tabby” in “Sky Force.” I thought I understood his bravery and sacrifice, but today, hearing anecdotes from his family-the people who knew him, loved him, and continue to honor his memory-left me deeply moved and humbled.”
Director Amar Kaushik also dropped a comment on Veer Pahariya’s post. It read, “What a moment Veer. Goosebumps, I wish I was there. Some moments always remain close to our hearts. This is one of them for sure. Proud feeling.”

In the film, Veer Pahariya plays Sara Ali Khan’s lover. Veer and Sara were, reportedly, in a relationship though they didn’t make it public.
At the trailer launch event of Sky Force, News 18 asked him about Sara Ali Khan. “She was very supportive. She has a lot of experience in the industry already so she helped me a lot. I am very grateful. Thank you, Sara!” he replied.
For the unversed, Veer Pahariya is the grandson of Sushil Kumar Shinde, the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, and the son of Mumbai-based businessman Sanjay Pahariya.
