Rapper Tyron Kaymone Frampton, known as Slowthai, and co-defendant Alex Blake-Walker have been charged with raping two women on a rooftop in Oxford following a house party after a gig. The alleged assault took place in September 2021, with the defendants reportedly “high-fiving” after the act. Frampton faces two counts of rape alongside Blake-Walker, who is charged with the same offenses. According to prosecutors, the victims were isolated from their friends before the assault, with one being a fan of Frampton. The defendants allegedly turned up the music to obscure any sounds from the rooftop. Both men have denied the allegations, claiming all sexual activity was consensual. Police arrested and interviewed them following the incident, during which one victim reportedly consumed alcohol and drugs. Frampton, a Grammy-nominated artist, married Anne-Marie in 2022 and became a father shortly afterward.
