While RJ Mahvash has dismissed all the speculations recently, she also talked about her past relationship.
RJ Mahvash talks about her engagement at the age of 19
Recently, RJ Mahvash sat for an interview with Yuvaa, wherein she was asked about her relationship status. The internet sensation revealed that she’s very much single and she doesn’t do casual dates, and will do the same if only she has to get married. RJ Mahvash added that she has been putting a halt in marriage as she’s not well adapted to the concept of the same in today’s time. In the same interview, RJ Mahvash shared that she got engaged when she was only 19 years old.
RJ Mahvash was cheated thrice by her ex-fiance
Sharing more about the same, RJ Mahvash mentioned that being from a small town, their main goal used to be to find a good man and get married, and she did the same. Well, Mahvash had to break free from her engagement as her ex-fiance cheated on her, not once but thrice. In the same interview, she shared that for the first two times, she was silent, thinking that people would start badmouthing her, but there’s a limit to tolerating everything, and it reached the limit when she got cheated the third time. In RJ Mahvash’s words:
“The first two times, I stayed quiet, thinking it would lead to badnami. But how much can one tolerate?”
RJ Mahvash had to be on injection due to severe panic attacks
Going forward in the interview, RJ Mahvash shared that the way she was being treated led her to severe panic attacks, and she had to be on injections for the same. She revealed that the doctors would ask her parents about what happened to her, but she couldn’t even share that with them as she fought with her parents to get engaged to that guy. In RJ Mahvash’s words:
“Doctors would ask my parents what had happened, but I couldn’t even tell them that the person I fought to get engaged is the one hurting me.”
RJ Mahvash revealed questioning self-worth after seeing the texts of her ex-fiance to other girls
RJ Mahvash added that after this, she decided to call it quits when she was 21, and she needed courage to do the same. She mentioned that she finally realised that being judged is better than losing self-respect, and she saw it as a lesson. RJ Mahvash even had to question her worth as she had a self-doubting episode going on several times, especially after she saw the texts of her ex-fiance to other girls, wondering if she was actually good-looking or good enough for him.
