Uorfi Javed, the internet sensation, has been causing a stir with her unconventional outfit ideas. Her DIY skills have earned her the title of the town’s fashion queen, with even celebrities admiring her fashion choices. But it’s not just her style that’s making headlines. Her outspoken nature, often bordering on controversies, has also garnered attention. Recently, she shared an Instagram story and stood up for the ruthless bullying the cricketers’ wives get for every little thing.
Uorfi Javed comes in support of the cricketers’ wives, who often get trolled
Dhanashree Verma has recently been on the receiving end of merciless trolling owing to her rumoured split with her husband, Yuzvendra Chahal. The couple’s married life has reportedly hit a rough patch, and they may separate soon. However, as soon as the news broke, people rushed to social media to curse Dhanashree and blamed her for everything, with no proof whatsoever.
Uorfi has always been very vocal about her opinion, and seeing the current situation took to her Instagram stories and shared a story defending the cricketers’ wives. She explained how every time a couple gets divorced, the blame is automatically shifted to women. People don’t even know what is going on behind closed doors, but they assume that women are to be blamed. It happened with Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankoic, and it is again happening with Yuzi and Dhanashree.
The story was thought-provoking and highlighted the hypocricy of society and its tendency to blame women. Uorfi also added that Anushka Sharma was blamed for Vikrant (Virat) Kohli’s bad match performance. Yes, you read it right. Although the story has valid points, her one misspelling made the entire thing hilarious.
Netizens react to Uorfi’s post
Netizens agreed with Uorfi’s stance and wrote, “bro love her for this ngl, But I lost it at VIKRANT lol.” Another fan commented, “If these men are so dumb and can be duped by anyone, then you should remove them from their powerful positions, lol. Since y’all can’t tell the difference. People couldn’t look past Her typo, and the entire post was hilarious to them. A user wrote, “Vikrant aside, but what she said is very true. Indians are very very misogynistic.”
